Have you looked at the pictures in the previous posts in AIRBOATS ? A fellow member ( PRO ) has some nice little ones that would probably work .

If you have never built one before, I would suggest a kit. You can get a Dumas Little Swamp Buggy at a pretty good price. By making a few minor mods to it, it should be able to go about anywhere.
The engine pylon is an easy mod also, to allow the .10 to fit with a fuel tank and a tractor setup instead of a pusher. Actually, a .10 is the perfect power plant for this hull.
The Windy is another kit available but more complicated to build. A .10 would really not be enough power. Most folks go with a .15 to swing a bigger prop.
I would not recommend scratch building one without knowing what kind of general construction is involved.
These are IMO, and you would get lots of support here, for any help with mods and general stuff.[8D]
If you really want to start from scratch, we'd be willing to help with the basics to get you going.

They were pretty simple to make. The white one is 16" by 32" with a GMS .32
on it. The red one is 19" by 36" with a OS .46. They work great on the snow and ice
and the red one is pretty fast on grass too.
