Default 2nd highest hitter in boating

Well ,
Just wanted to let everyone know that the AIRBOAT section , which is the youngest , has now become the second highest hitting/posting forum in the boating section .
Soooooooo glad that this forum was started ! [8D] Seems theres a LOT more of us "airboaters" out there than anticipated .
Now , lets get some more new blood and keep growing .
New blood - new friends - new ideas !

Thank you PRO for initiating this ! ( and of course - RCU mods for letting it happen )

In total agreement with terbobob, I spend about 90% of the time online here with the airboaters.
We will be #1 before its al set and done. I also see air boat clubs in the future.

This is the only forum I visit. Besides from what my freind says there's allot of bickering that goes on in the other forums. I like it here it's nice, and people are freindly.

I actually started to go through the threads and try to count the different names of JUST those that have posted. After 3 threads I gave up cause I figureed out I wouldn't have enough time available to even get a good estimate. [sm=drowning.gif]

There must be some "Force" out there someplace that makes these things happen.Earlier this winter I picked up 2 old Flitecraft hulls for 80 bucks (1@50,1@30). Now I'm seeing them for as much as 200 bucks. I don't think I spent that much when I got my "Miss Outlaw" 5 or 6 years ago and had to buy everything for her!! Could this forum be generating that kind of interest?? Maybe people are just realizing the possabilities (?) of non-traditional thought!!

One of the things about airboats is that they are FUN.
You don't have to spend a lot of money on them.
You don't have to tinker with them for hours on end to get them to run. You don't have to always fix them cause they break so often.
You don't have a high maintainance involved.
Almost any wet area will do.
Design possibilities are unbeleivable.

and they are a blast to operate !

I think a lot of people have realized this, and when they find this forum, they find out they are not alone.

Until I made the request that RCU start this forum, you had to really hunt for information. It was not easy stuff to find and very limited at best. Now, we all have a one stop info center[8D] Thanks everyone for the interest and support.
