HELP!!! Newbie getting into the hobby
Hi Everyone,
I am looking to get into the boating hobby. I have been trying to decide between the Aquacraft Revolt 30, for $320 RTR without the battery, however I like the idea of building my own boat. This is what I was thinking of building. Thoughts/advice/opinions would be much appreciated, and I was wondering, if based on everyones advise/expertise, I do decide to build the Seahorse, which btw I am leaning towards doing, is this EVERYTHING I will need? Thanks!

RE: HELP!!! Newbie getting into the hobby
Honestly? If this is your first boat I'd recommend a RTR boat. You'll learn how everything goes together and what does what when you make an adjustment.
Unless you've got experienced help close to you, you might run into problems and not know what to do. The Internet can only be of only so much help as there's still nothing like having someone handy who can be there with you.

I just purchase a rtr impulse 31 for 200 bucks. this is the first version not the v2. this is my first rc boat and for 200 dollars I think it's a great deal. does 35mph out of the box. A lot of fun for the $$
