36' boards boxed ready to be shipped to the UK !.....
Once again - big thanks to Geoff for pushing me to build /develop the 36"s ......thanks to those who have shared the journey with us along the way - it's always fun sharing the rc Surfing STOKE ! in or out of the water .....it may seem like I share 'so much info' - yet! - for myself I still feel like I am only sharing what happens on the surface - look forward to getting started with my very own 36"CrackerJack !.....

From surfing the CrackerJack I have experienced - to set up the ideal weight for the surf conditions I add 200g's of lead into the POD around the CG position...keeps the board in the water and improves righting process ...mixture of shotgun shot lead pellets and epoxy.

Hi Dom,
Thanks for posting the video and all the build pictures. I learned many crafty tricks
CrackerJack handles and carves amazing!
Please, don´t forget to add the servo, the additional 5/4 mm shaft couppler. Also, would you mind throwing in the prop teflon washer and some extra black plastic nut for the hatch?
Any comments, please send me an email.
More than happy with the board and dealing with YPC
Christian.

Weekend activities !
Jensen strutting his stuff with his 2s set up - 3650/2930kv - 27mm prop - both he and the board showed great promise .....real fun to share the rc Surfing STOKE with the boys !
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4M48jkP9vI Decided to 'sea'how a bigger / lower kv motor would perform in the board with a bigger prop !
Small grinding modification to motor well area by enlarging the space ...
3674 / 1650 - 34 mm s/s prop - felt positively 'different'not ready to say it is any better - run times were only about 10% longer ......

SHIPPING !
Packaging a Bro rc Surfer to survive the long journey over land and sea is as much a Technical design measure as when building the board.
The idea is to float (suspend) the board within the box to ensure no direct impact or load pressure, yet - to keep the box volume and weight
as low as possible to keep the shipping cost within reason - the board is repackaged within foam - bubble plastic - corrugated hardboard - then -
placed within a corrugated rolled tube which is glued in position at either end, allowing for clearance all round.......
Size 80 x 30 x 30 cm's
Weight = 3.5 kg's ( without electrics) 4kg's RTS

Both these clients have been so looking forward to getting their new Bro's wet ! ...so I better get going .........some classic surf in the Bay this
thou - so we will get shaping in the morning .......priorities !........
