Putting on Bro's 'back-foot'......laminating the final stage of the foot pad/back heel area- total of 8 layers of Carbon fibre, making up the foot ankle area, assuring the required strength to take on some big surf close outs !.....

Nice cold front that just came through Cape Town
. Don't imagine we will get many more of those this year. Guess it will be time to hit the Atlantic side soon.
Just about finished hollowing out my pod, so progress on my board has started up once again. looking to gain some momentum, now that I have more time.

We are doing well !...have had a great year surfing / building / developing the Bro boards - made so many more great connections and friends around the world....!
Finishing up the last few board builds for 2014 - then it's holiday time - have a good few boards to start building build in Jan - so things are looking good for 2015.
Have a great festive season - you and your family - and keeping sharing the STOKE !

No times for play time no time for any games my world lately. Crazy Christmas here atm so don't see anything changing soon but hey nice to see you still going strong with the ******** stoke.
Hoping to check out all your build vids soon in case i missed something over the years too but was just thinkin, seeing as anyone into rc surfing is possibly Crazy, thought you might like this vid of an old oz rocker doing his crazy too.. and you know where the delete button is if you don't like it aye haha.
Just a quick drop in to say Merry Christmas while i have the chance, all the best for new year too.

I saw you surfing a few years back, in Fish Hoek, from the Spur, and nearly caused a divorce!
Its awesome to actually read up on what i saw, and understand the hows and whats.
Your craftsmanship is amazing, really inspirational. Well done!

Thanks for the 'heads up ' - Fishoek is still one of my favourite spots to rc Surf
Great vantage point from the little lighthouse - very few bathers in the water - and - always great folk to share the STOKE with.
I do occasionally surf up the west coast - Table view - Doodles - Derdesteen - Melkbos
It would be great to meet up with you...
I mostly post the Bro activity on face book now Bro rc Surfer- if you are on face book LIKE and stay connected.

I am at sea at the mo, (squid boat skipper - PE), but will be passing through CT on the way to the 'Baan early in Feb.
We are gonna have a few months of closed season here soon, so i will wait for then to pop around and ......umm.....erm......order my board!
I would love to see my own board built, and will happily drive very far, and supply copious amounts of beer and export quality calamari for the experience.
