setting up rudder on whiplash

Finally finished building whiplash hydro..Just wondering how much throw do I give the rudder...approx. will do.. help will be approached...

You shouldn't need any more than 20 degrees in either direction. Personally I like a little more for those times when you just have to move out of the way of something quickly. When I panic I keep forgetting about the Dual-Rate over-ride.
