Default Screws CA'd in?

Hi,new here. bought a pro boat impulse 17 and nearly completed the finishing touches when she slipped out of my hands and onto the floor. The rudder and water pickup tube broke off even with the transom mount so i ordered a new rudder assembly but the screws holding it on to the transom seem CA'd in! won't budge! how do i get them out? Thanks

I've used a small soldering iron with a pointed tip and applied heat to the head of the screw, but not too long.Maybe only a few seconds on a plastic or fiberglass hull. This usually softens the glue a little .
