Default You Know Your getting Too Old For R/C

You know your getting to old when:

(1) You cant find your remote (not the tv remote)
(2) Cant remeber where you put your battery pack's
(3) Forget which radio goes to what boat.

Got any more? please feel free to add them.

(4) You and your teeth don't sleep together.
(5) At the breakfast table you hear snap, crackle, pop and you're not eating cereal.
(6) Getting "lucky" means you found your car in the parking lot.

7) You need glasses to read the instructions
8) You also need glasses to see your boat in the lake
9) Your slower reflexes make you make wide turns

When you have forgotten to put floatation back in your hull from the prior year, and have to call for scuba divers to retrieve them, Garl and Teddy you know who you are. when you bend over to pick up your boat and your back sounds like a bag of microwave popcorn, when you start to pull your boats to the pit area in a radioflyer wagon. chuck

Addition to #13;
13a. You wonder about using the hearing aide batteries in the boat.
(or it's the @#$ hearing aide telling you the @#$ battery is down!)
14. You talk about working over the "ol'gal" and they think your saying something else, or bragging.
15. Everybody calls you 'Sir'.
16. ... what was I gonna say?

#18 You have to get your grandson to post your avatar picture on RCU.

#19 when you insist that your 15 yr old fast tri-hull boat is faster then the new generation of lightweight tri hulls.
..."but they were damn fast the last time I put them away!"

# 20 you start using baseball caps (when you never did) to hide your facial expressions (when you used to be calm)

#28: When it takes you 1/4 of a day to get out of bed and have breakfast, 1/2 a day getting ready for the trip to the lake, 1/8 a day to get to the lake, 1/8 a day to get set up at the lake......awwww crap....that's the whole day already.

#30) When nitro isn't just for your boat but your heart also.

Never too old for R/C boats. There is one gentleman in our district that I don't know how old and appears to have Parkinson's but put a TX in his hand and he'll kick your butt on the pond! Another racer just turned 80.
