Good question. Grimmie used to sell them before he went to work for Aquacraft and Ron Byrd at Racecraft Bearings had them but he's temporarily closed.
You might want to contact Bill Zuber through the IMPBA website.

NAMBA District VII has one for download on their website 2 min. + 30 seconds with options
