hey iam gettin an electric rc boat sometime soon, and am wondering what is better: a villain ex, or a super vee 27
or if there are an better ones please let me know

hi
i have 2 villain ex and for the money i think they are great ,just get at lease a set of 3000 battery and a dual charger from tower hobbies,

how long do those 3000 last in it? 10 min?

hey dan
we get about 15 minite at full and about 30 at diffenert speed the thing ias to take care o f your batterts dont half charge them or charge them when there hot and yes they are fast at full speed greese the shafts before you run to keep out the water there is so water that get in one of my boat more then the other but thats part of the hobby ,if you take care of it it will last a long time maintians is the key before and atfer rye

15 mins pretty gd and 30 mph is awesome, cant wait to get one,
wut type of grease do u use on the shafts
do u have a stock propeller, are there better ones that will increase speed

hey
i use standed grease that for boats i dont remenber the name they are at our summer place and i am here if you want i can get it for monday, but i got it at the hobby store they all have it use a plastic serenge to put it in only until you see it come out of the ends ,no still have the fatory propellers ,like i said it is fast as i need it ,i did adjust the trims so it not so jumpy and you will lose some speed but better control ,out of the box there great ,i am starting a small club up there and two other guys are getting them now we have a told of 6 ,have to get evryone on diffenet radio # so i got all 6 # so everyone can run at the same time ,and we have two hobbico tug boats two there not bad need a better motor been busy this winter scratch building a 5' pt boat from plans so i didnt get to it and got next winter boat plans ordered a pbr river boat 40" with 2 700 jet drives rye

you can get the boat and other thing you need at tower hobbies if you look at the ads they have savings on big orders they usally add up to save you taxes and shipping rye

That would be amazing if you're getting 30 MPH out of a Villian EX as Traxxas only advertises it as going a little over 19 MPH.
The Super-Vee will do over 35 out of the box with good batteries and more with a better prop.

There is no comparison between these boats. The SV is a far superior boat. It is also the fastest RTR electric boat on the market.

i didnt say 30 mph i said 30 minutes at diffenet speeds 15 minutes at full speed s with 300 batterys rye
