Probably, they're club members now. Doug's son one of the racers in our [link=http://piperchuck.dyndns.org/ptpt/reef_racers.html]Reef Racer Challenge[/link]. Thanks for making this a sticky.

I didn't pin it, could have been Matt as I found it this way Sunday night when I got home from work.
I met the Me Time Production's gang at the Gas Nat's and talked a lot to Kerri. I think that she got a lot of dinner invitations from the guys!

I just added entries for Steve Spear and Trent Ghattas and we're up to 40 boats. No frequency conflicts yet, so get your entries in soon if you want to be sure to be on your primary frequency. Current drivers list is here: http://piperchuck.dyndns.org/ptpt/racers.html

So, how are things coming along for the race? It`s been kind of quiet in here.

Good question and timing. I was away for a long weekend so I couldn't make any updates. I processed all the entry forms that came in over the weekend. Boat count has reached 125 and there are 27 drivers entered so far. I know there are many more who plan to attend. Get your entries in soon to be sure you get your primary frequency.

I give him grief once or twice a month at least.

We've exceeded 180 boats. Just two weeks until open water. If anyone still wants to enter, let me know via PM or email, ASAP!

OK Chuck, way past time for me to unstick this thread.
So, how did it go? Got pix or a report? Win, place or show in a class? Do I ask too many questions?

Horrible race! I was so busy arranging the heats, getting people checked in, tabulating the results, and pitting for others that I had almost no time to sit down or do anything with my own boats. I had to limit myself to running 4 classes, D hydro, sport 40, F hydro, and open cat. Ended up in the middle of the pack in cat and second in F hydro, with my Sprintcat. Managed to get a win in Sport 40, and even better, won D hydro with my sport 40, proving once again that finishing is very important.

Actually, I think everyone had a good time and the weather held out just long enough for us to finish 4 rounds. The downpour started just after we finished racing.
