For you that have windows xp you should have gotten all of your updates. For me to translate a page i got to the page i need to translated. Right click page (doesn't matter where on the page(this should give you some option's like print, save as background, etc. You will also see Page Info. Click the arrow next to that, this will give you the option to translate the page into english. But if your in a differnet country i didn't know how to do it.

more pictures, scratch building is hard when blowing up plans you have to fit every piece ,but the bigger models are much better and look great ,so is it worth it? i think so ,i love a challenge ,i am going to finish fitting the upper deck but not gule it down until i get the motors and wiring in and think about the ramp so it the weekend be back on tueday, rye

So I had to cut it a bit to fit my scanner, J/K Rye. But here are the plans rye has. Each page matches the page before it. Example page 2 matches 3. Line them up and resize to suit your need.
