Where can I find devices that plug into the receiver for boat sounds? I would like to find a fog horn and bell and maybe even a siren type

many places sell such devices - you want to find the suppliers for tug boat stuff and/or scale parts and accessories . for
example " loyalhanna dockyard "carries many different sound systems try the links at sites like "towboatjoe.com" for info .
you should find navy and commercial sounds , plus lighting systems and set ups for making smoke also . good luck .
