Default Need help, What type of boat is this?

I'm a car guy, however my older brother gave me this boat that he bought a while ago. I have no idea how to use this what so ever. I know it's a Cox boat and it's a nitro. I'm not sure what model it is, it might be a Nitro Cat. Can someone provide me with any type of information on this boat, when was it made, how to use it, etc.. I have links to pics of the boat, again, any type of information will be very thankful. Thanks in advance.

Dude, that's an airboat! Charge the reciever battery, fuel it up, start the engine, put it in the water and go have fun.

Thanks for your help! I however, unlike rc cars, where do I put the fuel? I think I have figure out how to turn the engine over, by spinning the prop so the spring can wine up and bump it starting....Thanks again for your help!

The very back part of the engine is the needle valve(for adjusting the fuel mixture), and 2 nipples. Squeeze fuel into one of the nipples until it comes out the other. Attach the battery clip(avail at the hobby shop, ask for one for an "049 engine"), and spin the prop. Adjust the needle until the little engine is screaming, then back it off just a tad. Do a dry run of the engine to see how long it takes to run the fuel out, so you dont have to go swimming to get it back.

Also a blast on snow, but I doubt you would find much in Fresno.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I will see what I can do, see if I can run it in a pool or something. Yea, there isn't any snow in the central California, but I bet it would be a blast driving it in snow...
