Vintage boat stuff questions

Ihave a bunch of boat engine stuff and could use some help identifying it . It includes such things as a like new K&B 3.5 outboard with an exhaust throttle and a Cameroon 19 inboard. I would be happy to discuss it in the open or if someone would like to PM me I would really appreciate the help.
