What does NQD stand for
 

Is it some mystery FBI\CIA term? It's not listed in any glossary in any RC forum I've visited. Google doesn't know what the hell it means. Please enlighten me, thanks.

I could only think of Not Quite Done at the moment,just like PDQ means Pretty Dam Quick.But who really knows ? There's some many abbreviations for actual words today,like different diseases or conditions. And there's texting.My daughter sent me a text to be smart and I had to call her to see what it said.Maybe because I'm old now,but I like actual words and a regular man to man handshake ,not all the movements of the new style ones. Also I don't hug another man unless it's a friend or relative I haven't seen for a while and I never,and I mean never kiss another man and if one tries to kiss me ,Lord help him.
