** Never Before Seen- WOW**
The EXO-2 has new released photos show three exciting features.
1) Shock Tower/ Rear Wing Frame
A custom rear shock tower was constructed using 8 sheets of 12K Carbon Fiber (this is very thick and strong appx. 2/3 thicker than typical CF Sheets) sandwiched between two sheet of 4K CF so the aesthetics are the same as the rest of the vehicle. This is so strong, I went through 2 band saw blades cutting this shape out.
The shock tower was lowered 1/2 " from stock to increase strength and and keep the CofG down.
The zig/zag shape is necessary to attach to the body
Down force generated will be applied directly to the shock tower.
2) Rear Guard/Wheelie Bar
Constructed with 8 sheets of 4K CF
Unfinished, it is attached using 2 sided adhesive tape (that is why it looks a little crooked)
Wide enough to protect the Motor and Gears
Light weight (21 Grams, 1/3 the weight of the aluminum equivalent) and Extremely strong
3) Front Bumper/Front Wing
Constructed with 10 sheets of 4K CF
Designed to protect forward components
Acts like a splitter, forces wind over the vehicle
This attached with adhesive tape, the final angle and place is TBD.
This will be used for off road purposes, when the vehicle is used on street and speed runs, there will be additional air foils that will affix to the wing
Next project is to install internal electronics and brainstorm diffusers and protective guards. A wind tunnel is being developed which will help shape the rear wing and who knows what else :-)

Nice carbon fiber pieces. When you are ready to test its destructability, give me a PM and I will validate that claim. You are still putting an ungodly amount of strain on something that has a second to none weight to horsepower ratio and the laws of physics still apply.
I will say though, nice build, nice looking carbon fiber and it looks like a very interesting project.

Its just shocks (they have been reworked - polished ID bores, damping pads), and A-arms (these are actually a good product).

Gribbles is right, but yes it is nice looking. Bashability is questionable though. Those principles might be better suited to a precision on-road vehicle rather than an off road.
