    Whats the toughest electric basher?

Im selling my Nitro's. Love em, but not practical for me anymore. Iwant to buy the best all round brushless, and will probably buy used here on the classifides.

E-Revo? HPI E-Savage? Emaxx? A buggie of some sorts?

Iwant 4x4, and wantto bash at the nearby skate park. Something light and tough as nails. I like the buggies and I like the monster trucks. Just want tough. The fast Ican make myself.

As much as ThunderbirdJunkie loves all of his Savages, they are nowhere near as tough as 1/8 buggies and truggies.

If you dont need the ground clearence of an MT, get a brushless 1/8 buggy. If you like the ground clearance and bigger tires, get a brushless truggy. Those will be the lightest and toughest out there IMO. I really like the savage flux myself, but the truggies will be much lighter and simpler to work on.

basically grab any nitro kit and a conversion,

you can get electric buggies RTR or in kit form, but truggies haven't quite caught up for being available to be electric from the get go

RE: Whats the toughest electric basher?

I guess it depends on how much you want to spend. I kind of like associated myself, so the RC8T(or RC8te is the electric) would be their offering. Mugen makes a great truggy. A used MBX5T, or new MBX6T would be good. Losi is good too. If you are looking to spend a little less, the Thunder Tiger ST-1 is pretty cheap at about $300 rtr with a nitro engine. Then sell the nitro stuff and do a conversion and you have a very tough truggy for a good price.

Anyways, there are lots of options out there, just look around.

This video shows a couple RC8TE's bashing and a savage flux
