i would sell the ones you have no interest in, and then keep a few to mess around with, or just for your kids. they would love them.

That Is an incredible collection. I would love to see what is tool bench looks like, there is probably money to be made in tools, setup stands, chargers etc.
I am also sorry for your loss, selling your fathers things must be very difficult. Your ability to do so is commendable.
