I'm stuck between the Venom pro-charger and the onyx 235 lipo charger. does the onyx come with the male deans charger connector? the warranty on the venom is 90 days and 5 years on the onyx. which one do you guys recommend or like better? or which one is just an overall better charger?

i haven't tried the onyx but I had the procharger, after 2 days of use it started electrocuting me everytime I touched it so I returned it to the lhs and got a thunder ac6 with the credit and some other stuff instead.

the 235 is what i have and it works great. it has tons of connectors for it. i wish i would have went with the 245 however so i could charge 2 batteries at once that is my only complaint.

I have the 235 and it works good. Lots of connectors. Although, I tried running up a 4 cell I had and it wanted to keep charging it past 4.25v for some reason. I charge up all the time on it and no trouble.

I've got two buddies that have the pro-charger. one of them, the pro-charger hasnt worked since it was purchased. it only 1/2 charges on storage mode. and my other buddies works fine. i was really looking into the onyx cause a lot of people seem to have the onyx series chargers.
