How do you people get your rc cars SO clean? I used compressed air, warm water, and a scrub brush for 5 hours on my slash, and it's still very dirty.

This is how I clean all my cars.

Losi 5ive, my favorite all time rc car, Im finding it hard to afford all the parts I want/need

Losi 8ight 2.0, Just a Roller ATM, waiting on a tekno conversion chassis

Losi Micro SCT, Great awsome littlecar, loads of fun inside. fully loaded with brushless combo, exotec chassis and Losi upgrades

Traxxas Slash, this is my most reliable car that ive ever owned, and is bashed the most, not much of it is traxxas thesedays

Traxxas VXL Ken Block, My wifes car, still yet to get a oppinion on it, fully stock

Traxxas Revo Platnium, its been great to me over the years, but now is been parted out

Tamiya Baja King, my first brushless car. hard to drive and way overpowered, stupid amount of upgrades

Tamiya TA01, its just a roller ATM and needs a few little bits to complete, minor upgrades

HBX Bonzer, its been converted to a crawler, very custom and upgraded

Axial SCX10 Honcho 2, 2 most used car. great fun, even the kids love it, very minor scale upgrades

Hobao Hyper 10, just a roller ATM, still doing the finishing touches for a 1/10 speed run car, stock but modified

Great Vigor V2000, my First nitro car, Juat a roller ATM, planing a electric conversion for scale speeds, few upgrades

HPI E10, First Drift car, Ive spent so much on it that its not worth selling.

Ill be happy when i can add a 1/5 brushless to my collection, I like the idea of a 1/5 scale basher with reverse

I see a lot of you guys have 1/18 (or the like) and 1/5th. Two scales I've always considered but never owned or even seen run in person for that matter. while I know this is a highly subjective and ambiguous question  what is the fun quotient of 1/18 or 1/5th compared to 1/8th?

Once I went 1/5 scale I never really went back, its a totally different experience. The vehicles handle realistically because they're much heavier, the gas engines are easy to work with and fun to use. A powerful 1/5 car is capable of really ripping up some terrain, and it's quite impressive to experience.

I have a problem with never being satisfied as well. I'm the same way, I'll excitedly buy something new and within days I'm looking for the next fix. Unfortunately It's a problem I've struggled with in other aspects of my life as well. I'm a pretty compulsive shopper when it comes to clothes, electronics, shoes - even bigger stuff like boats and cars.

You know you have a shopping problem when all your female friends are astonished [&:]

Thanks! I will try that on my RS10 crawler. I have this stuff called Clean and Simple that works good with metal and plastic. Because I have no Simply Green, I'll use that.

I'm never satisfied with my collection. 100+ cars, a dozen planes, 4 helis, and 9 large scale gas boats. Seems like I get an itch to buy something new every week.
