Motor sugestion

I am looking to build an rc10 carpet car and need suggestions for a brushed motor what motor turn do i need low or high

Lower is Faster higher is slower relative to turns but higher sometimes more torqey. 12t-15t maybe but I don't know if you're building it to spec.
