1980's Car Info?
I am a heli/plane guy and have an electric R/C car kit I won at a fun fly event in Japan (Okinawa) during the mid 80's. I was hoping you guys could let me know how the R/C car community values it today. It's a very low tech kit by todays standards.
It's a 1/10th scale Kyosho Cosmo Off-Road Racer. Nothing has ever been removed from the box and the instructions are in Japanese only.
Anything you can tell me about this kit would be greatly appreciated.
Please reply to this forum and my email: [email protected]
Thanks, Randy

its considered Vintage, might be worth something, there is a very small market for vintage rc cars

phmaximus,
Thanks for the reply! Kind of ironic that you are in Australia! I moved back here to the States from Australia. We lived in Pymble, a suburb of Sydney. My job had me working with the RFDS Australia wide and the RAAF at East Sale as an aircraft technical representative. Beechcraft King Air B200 & B350. I also flew helicopters out of Bankstown airport. I sure wish I was back in wonderful Austrailia!!
Best regards, Randy
