Traxxas Slash Help Me Please
I have the The Traxxas slash pro 2Wd short course truck
and i want to upgrade the motor its a brushed titan 12t and i want to either put another brushed motor in it or a brushless i want the Velineon motor in it but i heard they are expensive and if i do that i also have to buy another esc which i dont feel like doing but is their another brushed motor out their i could put in my slash without having to change my esc

No, there is no other motor you could get. Changing the ESC is easy, and you don't HAVE to get the Velineon motor.

Brushed motors suck, dude! Too many things to wear out / break. Short life. Brushless & Lipo is the way to go. Motors don't wear out and are WAY more powerful than anything you can get brushed. Unless you're talking about VERY expensive "race motors", and even those are disappearing.
I did a quick look at my favorite place to shop for budget stuff, HobbyPartz.com , and it seems that the HobbyWing EZrun systems they have for the Slash are comparable in price to the retail price of a Velineon or Castle Sidewinder system. About $120. BUT you get the programming box/card WITH the system. Velineon doesn't have one, and Castle charges you $24 for their "Castle Link". HobbyWing makes great systems. Gens Ace Lipos are good and inexpensive.
