Question *great power bmw m3 gt 7.2v with 540 motor, what kind of transmitter do I need?

I was given an old rc car the other day and I found a site with the car for sale but it tells me nothing about the transmitter, new to the site just wond3ring if anyone has any ideas, thanks heres he site with the carhttp://stores.allenallenmotorspeedwa...om/bmw-m3-gtr/

Minimal you would need is a brushed ESC, servo, and a radio. Radios are around $20-25 US, ESC proably $15-25, and servo $10-12 (all in USD) so in estimation (this is extremely low ball as it don't take into account stuff you might need) $45-60ish would be my guess.

Looking at it the steering looks like it is connected to what looks like some proprietary servo as it seems to have servo mounts which honestly would make the conversion somewhat simple if its true.


If you want to skip the above, and just get a transmitter you would need exactly what ever that car came with as that is the only way to be 100% certain it would work.
