Default Nitro Slash vs. Rustler vxl

I'm not sure if I should get a traxxas nitro slash, Nitro T-Maxx 2.5, or a traxxas rustler vxl. Can you guys give me some pros/cons, opinions please.

As far as durability, I would say the Rustler has the best track record compared to the tmaxx and nitro slash.

well in the UK the nitro slash seemed to fail as soon as it was released. most shops didn't have it in stock also spares was a joke. but i cannot say how it is in other countries. but if it was me i would go for the slayer. as it's 4wd

The T-Maxx 2.5 seems like a great truck, or would the T-Maxx 3.3 be worth the extra $ since its already upgraded

To be honest I don't know about the traxxas nitro vehicles. In comparison the 3.3ci is only really 0.20cc. So compared to a 2.1, 2.6 and 2.8 they are lacking in power.

have u thought about something like this... It's got a .28....and they are the benchmark for nitro bashing... They are nearly considered cult status
