Metal front shockers for Associated SC8.2e?
MY SC8.2e is new but the front shockers cannot handle much, the top lid falls apart from the rest all the time. (Tested lock fluid).
Do not belie in plastic more and would like some in metal.
Would appreciate some suggestions, metal shockers with same size as stock front on Team SC8.2e .
Thanks

These are supposed to fit the sc8.2e. Seems a little pricey but I'm not familiar with 1/8 scale stuff. Shouldn't be blowing the cap off at least. http://www.amain.com/product_info.ph...FYJqfgodWUkAVw

I bought the Associated Factory Team Shock Kit 16x29mm RC8/SC8 #89290
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXVVG6&P=7
http://www.amain.com/product_info.ph...FYJqfgodWUkAVw
And they recommended
#89340 38mm shock spring front silver (5,1 lbs) or
#89293 29mm shock spring front silver (3,9 lbs)
I bought both but how do I decide which setup to test first?
Planning to drive on real tracks with 4s and mambamonster engine, stock shockers rear, trencher x sc or stock tires.
