Sounds like the low speed needle is misadjusted. It should be on the side of the carburetor. What truck is it?

Its the caldera 3.0. Redcat. I installed a kill switch on it so maybe there is a air leak between the lines. could this bethe reason? I will deffinatly try to adjust the lsn thanks. Do you think a hobby store would tune it?

Yeah, they would, but they'd charge you for it. Just make sure what I circled is flush with the carbrautor.

No. It wouldn't even start if there was an air leak. Even the smallest hole in the head would cause a massive problem.

ok well i dont think its the lsn. I have it at the proper setting and if i lean it it wont start richen it the car takes like 10 seconds on the pinch test.
An air leak in the fuel line if its not on fully wont allow the engine to start? Thats odd since the engine revs really high and the gap is 1mm. where is it getting aiir from? Also it will only stay on for around 45 seconds.

That sounds like the clutch is broken or possibly stuck.

I dont think your clutch is bad if your car isnt very old.

When an engine is broke in an you start the lean tune, the engine will start revving,so there for,it will
require other adjustments to calm the engine down.
If you dont understand how to tune engine, then you might have to find a local hobby shop to do it
for you.
Theres also y-tube vids that will help...
