I will be visiting Illinois (near Waukegan, Gurnee, Grayslake area) next month and was wondering what the best shops in the area are (lots of product, good variety, indoor area to run, etc.). I would love to hit some rc stores. Please keep in mind I am not familiar with the area and am looking to keep the drive easy and within 15 minutes of the listed towns.

Also wondering if there are any indoor rc tracks/parks in the same area. And if so, do they offer rentals so I don’t have to haul my rc vehicles on the trip? Or is a shop attached I could buy from?
