There's better out there. That also wouldn't be race-legal seeing as how it has a .18 sized engine in it. I say check into what Losi has...they have some nice stadium trucks it seems. I have a Traxxas Rustler hopped up quite a bit and I am completely satisfied with it. Very powerful with my O.S. in it[>:] Oh, by the way, nice signature you have there...too bad Kurt died.

I am a total newbie, but now that I have my Xcellerator worked out, I really like it! Obviously there is better out there, but this thing halls butt right out of the box and has a great price tag. Ran it today for like two hours like a 15 year old kid............I love it!

X-Cellerator's are really good. I would like to get one real soon (ill probably have one within a month). Ive seen them run quite a bit, and they do hall butt. Personally, ive NEVER heard anyone dissapointed with one.
At $250, you cant go wrong.

Look at it this way. You did a poll and although the relpies are small, 90% say it is good. It is well known that a poll will generally attract more bad than good, so with that in mind, I think you are in good shape!
FYI: These things are finicky and from what I have researched, they are all that way (Gas ones that is). I will take a bit to learn the little tricks here and there and although I am no expert by ANY means, I am able to get it started and run it consistently now. These little two strokes are really touchy to environmental changes, altitude, humidity and temperature and the mixture screws (especially the high speed) are REALLY important! Have a fair amount of spare golw plugs and be sure that you have the little tools needed to do maintenance.
