Default Help...Looking For A Good Beginner Vehicle...

My son is six years old. I want to introduce him to the hobby of RC vehicles. I need suggestions on a good beginner vehicle. I have been hesitant to buy some non-upgradeable Radio Shack type vehicle. My first vehicle was a Traxxas Stadium Truck and I think if I get something that is almost pro quality he will become as excited about the hobby as I was. I was thinking about a LOSI Mini-T but would like other suggestions. Thanks

I would like to stay with on-road until his driving skills improve.

Buddy of mine got the Itsy Bitsy Spider for his kid. Seems to be working out well.
