My Gf doesnt mind them except when we are at her house and i end up talking to her dad who is into RCs also for too long 
. She HATES my other hobby of skeet/target shooting and rebuilding rifles, so she doesnt mind the RCs so much.

Mine Loves my RC hobbies gets the kids & ME!! out of the house for a few hours at a shot and she gets peace & quiet most of the time when we come in after a Sat or Sun of running shes asleep. A calm,rested happy spouse = you get to do what you want[8D]
I have a RC10 (old bent up but still runs)...Kids have the 4x4 f-150 x-mods for now and a few other radio shack and misc RC cars & trucks
we will spend the time out and about running them till all the battery's are DOA come home hit the garage fix anything we broke
Now the kids are each getting a RC10 GT (nitro) they earned the money themselves ....i'm gonna get a JATO or might get the GT myself as well and repair/retire my old rc10 to my model shelf

Well see she bought me my truck, now its time for me to shop for the BIG Ring. . . . shes worth it so i dont mind, but she def has been talking about it more since i got the truck.
Just yesterday when i told her i have ordered 200 in parts, she was like hey thats a good downpayment of the ring i like [8D]
Ahh well she will get it in the next few months

My wife does not mind my hobby, she will actually join me sometimes 
. There are alot of worse things out there, when my kid is old enough I would rather him do RC than drugs

Been messing with Honda's for god knows how long so it comes as no suprize that my Wife did'nt even bat a eye lid when I wanted n RC car, if fact she even bought me it. I jujst have problems with everyone else calling me a kid. I am 34 FFS deffo not a kid [:-]
