Default Wiring problem

Hi all,

I have a Yokomo Drift RC and I just recsently purchased the Underbody LED lit. Now I have a 2 channel transmitter, one for the steering and the other for throttle and I have no other open slots. I'm going to be purchasing a y connecter so that I can plug to males together. Now my question to you is which one do I join it with the ESC plug or the servo plug. I hope you understand what I'm tring to do.

Please help me out if you can.

I`m guessing that you are doing this to power the lights . You would want to hook it up with the lead going to the esc .
