Help with truck/buggy
Alright so first off I live near a bunch of gravil, dirt, streets and what not. I am looking for a Buggy or Truck, that is fast and durable. Right now I have been looking at:
Duratrax evader EP
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LH3239&P=1
and
Duratrax mini Quack
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LH3237&P=1
Now my price range is 60-150. I was also looking at the Traxxas Bandit PTR. But this is the other thing i am not sure what PTR and ESC are. I know you need a radio. Could soembody help me out, I want a intermediate RC thats fast and durable. I learn fast, so thats why I chose intermediate. ! Also something that can be usable out of the box.
-thanks

RE: Help with truck/buggy
Go with the Traxxas Rustler. It is a great starter car.It is pretty quick and durable. ESC stands for Electronic Speed Control.
Here are three links. The first one is the new Rustler it has a stronger engine and can go 35mph. Second is the older Rustler with ESC. This is the truck I started out with. Third is a Rustler without a ESC.

2. http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...ProdID=TRA3706
3. http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...ProdID=TRA3710
You will also be needing at least one charger and at least one battery, with a minimum power of 1500. That sohuld get you started on the right foot.
Hope This Helps.
