it all depends what u want to do with it if u want to bash and beat the $#!t out of it get the savage it is very durable. but if u want to race get the revo or the jato. i have driven all 3 and if i would have to rank them overall i would say first savage very durable next the revo a lil faster and lighter but still a good truck then the jato fast as hell but not as durable as the other two...i have experince with all of these truck so i should b able to answeer any question u might have.

For bashing monster truck and if you want durability get the Savage. The SS is the only one to get as it comes with many hop ups out of the box and has a much better engine. I have and older SS and it has been a great truck, which I have fixed up for racing. It does quite well and I have beat Revo’s! Not easy but it can be done. I have WELL over 6 gallons of run time on mine and it is still going strong!

I voted Savage, well, because I'm a Savage fan. Most people will vote Savage SS kit and Revo. Both of these are geat trucks for their cost and the availability of aftermarket upgrades for both trucks are wide and readily available. These two trucks are great at what they do; but with the availability of the upgrade parts for both, these trucks can be upgraded to cross into each other's territory. The drawback is cost. For ezample, if you want to convert Revo into a heavy duty basher, you will have to shell out some cash to toughen it up. Likewise, to turn Savage into a racer, you would have to buy parts to lighten it up, lower it, etc. Again, this takes cash.

Savage: Good basher, and that's about it. Cumbersome, slow, heavy, bad handler, and so on.
Revo: Very nimble, and a very good racer. Also a good basher. Pretty much one of the best all-around MT's.
Jato: Fast. Crash, and you'll have a pile of parts. Not good for a newb, or anyone who has never driven Nitros.
Other: LST2. Very nice truck. Best BAG-FOR-THE-BUCK. You get a truck that includes the best Radio included with a rtr, except some of those 1/5 scalers, nice servos, a very nice engine(probably the best one in an rtr, but that's me), a nice all-around truck as well. It can bash, or race, but like all bashers and racers, you will need to put some cash into it.

Those three that you have chosen have totally diffent applications and comparing then is llike comparing a real monster truck Vs lambourgini Vs mini cooper S...?

You need to think about WHAT YOU WANT TO DO, then fit the RC that matches the application.

Road, offroad, race, bash, extreme offroad, pro race...? Whats your cup of tea as such...?

i would say savage the strongest mt out the box since the lst2 has weak arms and the jato is just for speed the revo is faster but not toughter get a savage
