Trust me, if you havent tried a composite race carb before you wouldnt know the difference. Alot consistent on tuning at any temp range specially when its summer,never have problems with restarting and needles will keep its tune .
A carb is a simple piece of mechanical device. Regulates air and fuel intake so its no monkey magic about designed for engine. If it fits, all u gotta do is tune the needles to the engines needs.
I was planning to swap the OS one after i break it in cause the OS carb has proper rich factory setting already. Ive had a closer look at the OS carb and its an old design. Single O-ring for the carb neck (even though i was going to seal it) and i dont like the aluminium material (personally ive had problems with it after long periods at the tracks)
