Default RS4 Rebuild

Well I just spent a couple of days rebuilding my RS4.

This was the RTR version which came with the stock Nitrostar .15FE motor. Upgraded was the shocks to powerline aluminums with yellow springs. .18SS motor, two speed tranny, racing clutch, THS racing pipe, turnbuckle kit, HPI TE37 wheels with 6mm offset, Venom Magnetics Super grip tires, and a PTI 05' Mustang body still in need of paint.

I just need to break in the new motor now.

Let me know what you think.

See your pressure return line on you r car,is it not kinking on your chassis? the way you have your fuel tank(opposite way around).
I tried my tank like that because the line was rubbing on the gears so i switched it like yours but my line kinks.

Well, I finally finished this PTI Mustang body for my ride. What a pain in the butt this was. It did'nt turn out as well as I wanted though.

For the paint I misted the inside with silver and then finished with competition orange backed with silver again. It gave it a bit of a metal flake look. Its hard to tell in the pictures though. the rear wing wasnt cutting it so I installed a Endless Wing kit from my LHS for ten bucks. It is adjustable from 0 degrees to 45 degrees incase somone was wondering.

What do you think?

To answer your question, it is not kinking at all. It works better this way then the standard mounting of the tank.

Niceeee! just got mine done to all I need to do is hook up my boost bottle and break her in but its only a .15-----on N02 but I'll leave it off for the break in of it. What do you guys think of it ? no rubbing of the line with the tank mounted the right way but we will see what happens when i run it.
P.S. sorry for the crap pics I need to get it out side in the sun to see it to shine. the paint is blue flake on black so it dont look as good inside as out in the sun.

That is a massive air filter. But that NOS injection bottle was not a very good choice IMO. I heard they dont work at all. Just like the super chargers they make.

You know what I just noticed there my man! you have a tuned pipe on there with a wire mount....I still have the stock mount bracket on my car so that's why mine is kinking.
I suppose I should fork out some cash and get me one of those then which would solve my problems.
