Default roto start problems

I finnaly got to run my xcellerator more than once a week. But now my shaft start backplate isn't working the way it should.[] The piston pops up only twice every 3 seconds while Im running the starter.[:@] Could it be my connecting rod?[&:]

Did you take the roto starter plate off the back yet? If not then do that and look at the gears and the one way bearing that is in there.

just got the chance to look at my engine today. the gears are good, the connecting rod is fine, but i discovered that the glow plug's tightness was affecting the piston's motion. what's happening here? is it the sleeve?[&:]
