This is an important notice for CALIFORNIA purchasers of Spektrum and Team Losi products.
SUPERIOR COURT FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
If you purchased a Spektrum or Losi product in California between March 15, 2003 and April 30, 2007 you may be included in a class action settlement.

cause every ything in california causes cancer and horizon probably didnt included that on the box Have you ever notice that anything electrical you buy says Caution In california this product may cause cancer

And its true every thing you buy now can cause cancer.

The beauty of it (for folks OUTSIDE California) is that you all reap the benefits of our LESS CRAZY consumer protections, such as Clean Municpal AIR and WATER codes, Increasing Mileage standards, and Truthful Labels on Products......as Your states adopt our Good regulations.
The down side is that some Moron gets to sue Mc Donalds cuz he spilled coffee on his crotch and it was HOT [X(] !
Which makes All us Californians look like IDIOTS to the rest of the world...Lol...
And C'MON! We all know that electronic stuff is NOT Made in the USA! MAYBE it gets PARTIALLY assembled here (but not Made).

Personally I was born and raised here and if all there was in California was Californians this state wouldn't be so screwed up. For crying out lowd or Governerator isn't even from here [&:] as far as the law suite is there is more to it than just the sign [:@]
