Goals
I know its not new years, but hey this could be fun. List some rc related goals you would like to acheive in the next year.
Mine would be to get my E-Firestorm in racing shape, and get a 1/18 electric on roader that will KILL my stepbrothers nitro on roader[:@] (that or get an electric dragster)

RE: Goals
my goal for the 2nd half of 2008 is to go to rc tracks more and spend more time working on my car. The only bad thing is our tracks are 45 minutes and 2 hours away. And of course the newer, better, indoor track that just opened is 2 hours away with my luck. [&o]

RE: Goals
i love my rsuty vxl on 3s lipo. but a racer it is not. at times its like im along for the ride...not in control. id like to have a 4wd racing chassis with a brushless system. not sure wether it will be a 4wd buggy, or a truggy. iv considered a revo conversion. i have lots of time to decide, as i have no cash right now for another rc.
also, i want to build a good BL powered air boat. for the winter, i may try a kids sled as a base. someone did one with a gas motor, said he got them upto 40mph! i have a pic on my desktop to go by.
and i have a cheapo 4wd truck, vxl motor and 4 paddle tires. i may attach 2 skiis off a cheap walmart snowmobile to the undersid of the truck. i just need to figure out how to keep snow off the esc and vxl motor.

RE: Goals
my goals for my R/C's:
-get my pajero painted up and add all the scale details (LED's, winch, roofrack, spare tire, the whole deal!)
-for today: get my CRT.5 running, I just got all the parts in for the electrical system. Just need to solder a few connectors to the sidewinder and the battery and then make a battery mount.
-get my TRF415 running, I built it all up last week, but I need some tires and a pinion for it, as well as the body needs to get painted and trimmed.
Further into the year:
-get my emaxx running again (I made a custom chassis for it, and took it mostly apart, it never did get reassembled...)
-finish my 1.9" scale crawler project (need to paint up my rubicon body and add all the scale accessories)
Hopefully as soon as I can:
-sell all my old radios (got a 3PM to use for all my cars)
-sell my extra ESC and charger
Additions to the R/C family:
-I've been really interested in helis, but that'll have to wait since I just dropped $500 on R/C's in the past month and a half! [X(]

RE: Goals
Make something run, or at least maybe operate the steering on the TA-02. Perhaps a radio would help, too.
Also, one possible goal would be to do anything RC-related.

RE: Goals
My goal is to sell my jammin x1 for at least as much as I put into it (to pay off debt lol!).
My next goal is to figure out whats wrong with my savage and clean it up to make it look new and shiny, and then find a great place to bash. Right now I am very short on places to run my rc's so its starting to be an expensive hobby to not get any run time out of it.
The local track around here shut down and with gas prices I can't afford to drive all over the state just for a day at the track.
Maybe my last goal will be to organize a group in the Indy area who can meet somewhere, have some club races and good times on the weekends without having to drive out of state or 50 miles south to the other track.
