I use them Too.
Highly recommend installing them on every RC vehicle you own......
They have Saved me, Once or Twice....
I would also recommend installing a Throttle Return Spring, in conjunction with a Failsafe....

Bro, i hate run offs, my buggy with a SPEKTRUM ran off and my buddy's truggy ran off 2x's with a spektrum too!!!! It really is part of the hobby but i have had mine saved by a return spring once. Cant hurt to have one.

its good to have a return spring. i found out the hard way. when a rock or sumting hits your on/off switch the failsafe cant do anything b/c theres no power. same if a battery falls out of the pack[:'(][:'(][]

Best Place for a Return Spring is on the carb SLIDER or ARM itself. If you can manage to fit it there without it interfering with operation.
That way, if your Linkage falls off (like mine did) it may save you some Damage.....
Sometimes though, depending on Design, it is impossible to fit a return spring on the actual Slider.[:'(]
