Default Big Block Mamba

Hey guys, here it is, i am sorry its a short video but the spektrum was having problems and we had to stop using it, i will make more and better video later but you can see the insane power this thing has, look how it just flips over on take off. We are going to retrofit a wheelie bar on it too.

I am fine tuning the big block conversion for this so it will be about a week or so until its available but its absolutely insane. I will get better video during the week once we swap radios, we were only getting 100-150ft from a spektrum.

i am using the stock mounts and redrilling the chassis, this engine had a rotostart on it but i dont see why a pull start wouldnt fit, even the 1/8 tuned pipe fit. I Will let you know about the pullstart when a i get the .28 sh's in, i have a few coming tomorrow or tuesday and will let you know but i am sure it will fit, i didnt want to take a big block out of one of my other models to try.

you mean is the volcano the himoto version of the mamba, lol.. Himoto has been around longer than redcat......

The redcat tsunami is the mamba but it should work with the trucks too, the one shock where the exhaust goes may be a problem but you can run it without one shock with no problems. As soon as i figure out the exact parts needed i will have a price but i would think about $160+ (or so) with the engine, sh .28.

There would be a chassis, 1/8 tuned pipe, engine, flywheel and clutch bell setup and a single speed transmission.

Uhoo......

Nice job Bro....
That looks Sweet.....
You made it Rear wheel drive huh? Probably a good Idea,,,Less drivetrain to chew up......
Are those Integy shocks?
And, is that wheelie bar Long enough to actually do the job?

thanks mate , yeah it is 2wd but only because i broke a front drive shaft and im still waiting for it to come , i really love 2wd tho and yes i was thinking it would be not as hard on stuff thats the other reason i run 2wd . The shocks are copies of the integy ones about half the price got them $15 a set witch i thought was good , they work and look great . What roll bar are ya talking about because i dont run a roll bar????????
