guy i have a nitro mt and am intrester in your opinion on the truck and what you would say as far as hop ups i have already changed the gears and the shocks what is my step

OK, here's the scoop on the cvds. HPI screwed up. The front diff is offset to the right by 3mm, but the cvds are the same length. You need run Rush outdrive cups, they're longer. If you have a new Racer, you can call them and beat them up about it and they'll send you the Rush outdrive receivers for free (at least they did for me).
The Nitro MT is a tough truck, particularly the Racer. We use them at the Monster Truck demos. I've seen one go off a 9 foot MotoX freestyle ramp and land on concrete 3 times before breaking a $6 part.

I'm not sure who makes CVDs for it other than MIP. As far as additional hop-ups, I haven't had mine long enough to say. I do know that the upgrades included in the Racer kit are a good idea if you have a standard NMT. Also, HPI has a forum on their site that might be a good source of NMT info.
