what upgrades shold I do to my savage 4.6

what are the upgrades that would be recomended to get more speed and to get it to jump and handle on the track

For More speed you can upgrade to the three peed tranny and get different clutch bells and and different spur gears

4.6 engine and it has a 1700 nimh battery pack witha futaba all metal high torqu servo

Have you played around with the steering trim on the transmitter? I just put a new servo in mine tonight. It seems to turn better but it is make a humming noise? Hmm. I have a Hitec HS-5645MG Digital High Torque Metal Gear BB Servo for my steering and a Hitec HS-645MG High-Torque Metal Gear Servo for the throttle. I dont know if this helps but , its an idea
