its probably the diff. adjustment screw. i have broken a few of them on my t4. in mine, its always been the head of the screw that breaks off. its not really complicated to disassemble, its a good idea to do it at the kitchen table though because there are some small parts that can get lost. also, be carefull when taking it apart because there are some very small ball bearing in it that may scatter when you pull it apart, nothing a little grease cant fix during re-assembly.
