Default Removing ball ends?

I need to get some ball ends out of Traxxas GTR shocks.

Not familiar with those shocks but if you mean to get the metal balls out of the plastic ends...
I use some pliers or needlenose and rest one jaw on the plastic on one side and the other jaw on the metal and squeeze.
Or just put the metal ball on a table with a bolt in it to have some height and rest the jaws of the pliers on the plastic around it and push down.

they also make special plyers for doing that. Look for the helicopter stuff in you LHS. they are u shaped on one jaw and the other jaw is flat with a little dot near the end opposite the U. Takes a little time to get used to them but thye save a lot of time, that's why the helicopter guys use them since there are so many joints on a copter.
