ok, lipo, charger, balance, and.....

Default ok, lipo, charger, balance, and.....



no Deans!..........so i just purchased the imax b6 balancer/charger and a new 5000mah 2s lipo, just a quick question. the charger came with connectors , but no deans. What is the easiest way to put my deans on?just solder them? and what connector should i attach the deans to?heres a pic of the connectors it came with.......................sux, got everything, but now i cant charge the freakin battery.

just go to any LHS and buy a deans male and then just solder it onto

get a 60 watt soldering iron dont get the cheaper 30 watt its not hot enough to do a good job

sorry, i meant, i'm soldering the deans onto the wires that connect off the side of the charger (the red and black plug) correct?   meaning i'm not removing a current connection and replacing it, i'm actually cutting and the soldering the wires that are plugged into the side of the charger (the pic above has the connections shows and the wires that plugged in first b4 the desired connection is plugged in)

Now im confused lol.Ok.Take one of the plus you dont need, one of the futaba/jr plugs for receiver packs.Cut it off and solder deans on.

there is no on/off button. i have the same charger, accept mine has a seperate AC power adapter. and mine came with the main lead already having deans on it.
im sure you know this, but the black/red plugs with gold tips go into the charger and all the other leads plug into that one for easy changing. my imax came with several more plug styles than yours did, but you can make your own easy.
unless you plan on charging lead acid(car battery) you wont need the adapter with alligator clips. just cut them off and soddor on a deans connector(make sure not to put the one that goes on the battery)

i am very happy with my imax b6. for the money its an awsome charger!
