Slipper clutch
I would like to adjust my slipper clutch for racing. Do you want some a liitle slip, none at all, or moderate amount. How do you know when you have it adjusted right. I will be racing on a red clay surface.

RE: Slipper clutch
i heard that you should hold the rear wheels firmly and give it some juice.
If the front wheels dont come off of the ground its too loose.
If the front wheels shoot straight up and hit you its too tight.
If the front wheels lift up slightly and then drop back down its good.

there is no right and wrong way to adjust a slipper clutch. you adjust it how you want it for any given track.
typically if its slipping for more than 3 or so feet off the line or if its slipping real bad when coming out of corner's then its probably to loose. on the other hand if its not slipping when landing off big jumps, or your getting a lot of wheel spin out of the hole and out of corners then it might be to tight.
if your bashing with the truck right now and its working ok then its probably fine. leave it alone and see how things go
