Problems with Flex Innovation's Ventique 60e

Just finished assembling my Ventique 60e from Flex Innovations. Encountered numerous problems including missing parts, improperly located mounting holes, and incorrectly manufactured subassemblies. Flex Innovation's response was mostly "we don't have the parts, you have to go buy them"; or "you need to fix it"; or "I don't know". Very disappointed with Flex Innovation's Customer Service, after spending over $1,000. Beware!

Blast them on social media. They’re present on Facebook and Twitter, so negative press usually gets their attention.
