Default Radiolink RC4G Throttle Duel Rate on The Fly - Possible?

Is it possible to set up the radio, in the mixing, so that I can press the 'SW' button to reduce the max throttle, for example, from 100% down to 20%, without affecting other parameters e.g. braking, reverse etc.

Presently I have the following set:
15. PMIX
MXMD>ON
UP: 0
DOWN: 0
MST: CH4
SLV: TH

16. AUX
CH3> VR
CH4: SW (LOCK)

I have attempted to adjust the 'UP' and 'DOWN' values with little success, either it takes from the throttle but also reduces the brake/reverse or it does nothing.

Any ideas?

Tom.
